About Us
The Alliance for Educational Justice (AEJ) is a national, youth-led movement dedicated to ending state violence against youth of color and reclaiming education as a space of safety, power, and liberation.
Black, Brown, Immigrant, LGBTQ+, and youth with disabilities are leading a fight for the protections they deserve — the right to live, learn, and create free from policing and punishment.
We believe every young person deserves protected rights that affirm their humanity: safety, care, and a voice in shaping the systems that shape their lives.
Together with our member organizations, we’re building a movement where youth power sets the agenda — and liberation is not a dream, but a strategy.
